Inside Out Music is primarily known for releasing progressive metal and rock, but Jughead's sound is similar to alternative music like Oasis.  In my opinion, the only reason that Inside Out Music released this disc is that it features some relatively known players - Ty Tabor (King's X guitarist), Derek Sherinian (former Dream Theater keyboardist), Gregg Bisonnette (former David Lee Roth drummer) and his brother, Matt. I guess I could beat this up just because it's kind of a 'jump on the bandwagon album', but the music doesn't disturb me enough. There's nothing that knocks me over either, though. This is a very safe recording for today's blah musical environment. As expected, the music is tight, and if you like non-threatening alternative stuff, you'll probably dig this. But if you're a regular headbanger or an 80s traditionalist, you won't have any interest in what the guys are doing here. (Chris Dugan)
