A Deep discussion with GLENN HUGHES

  -by Dirt

Glenn Hughes hit the big time when he replaced Roger Glover in Deep Purple during the early 70s.  More than just a bass player, Hughes was a huge part of Purple's vocal sound, working in tandem with then frontman David Coverdale.  Since that time Glenn has been a member of Black Sabbath, lent his vocals to many projects, and been labeled the 'Voice Of Rock' during his solo career.  Churning out more than 14 solo albums since 1992, Hughes' mix of funk, soul and rock is refreshing and unlike anything else you're likely to hear these days. In the following interview, tells us about Music For The Divine, his latest masterpiece.
